Packman Disposal

The reliability of the company is poor.  From the start, they told us the wrong day for recycling pickup and then did not pick up our recycling for 2 consecutive times (over a month).  I finally told them we would take care of recycling ourselves.  The trash service has been reliable, but then they  started to miss pickup dates for it as well.

They take no responsibility for their uneven reliability.  Either they give the excuse the trash wasn't out to the curve by 7:00 in the morning or that the driver thought he had already picked up trash for our location when clearly he hadn't.

If you are fine with bargain prices and unreliable trash service, then this provider fits the bill.

We are new to the area and priced out different garbage/recycling companies. Packman was the cheapest and you pay what you get for. They charged my credit card but never picked up our trash. And their customer service was AWFUL. They were unwilling to refund my money even though they didn't hold up their end of the deal--picking up our garbage. The woman on the phone was incredibly rude and told me that I had "entered into a contract" by providing my credit card number and therefore they were unwilling to refund my money, even though they NEVER PICKED UP OUR TRASH. 
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! If I operated at work the way they do, I'd be fired. They should be shut down.

They did a good work, they picked it up on time.

I shopped around and called many trash collection places. It was very important to us to have one that would do recycling as well.  Packman was the best price and to date they have done what they are supposed to and got me on their route immediately. They have always shown up and I have had no problems at all. They signed me up on the phone quickly and were courteous. If I had to be picky, It would have been more convenient to have them provide the recycling can instead of my having to go out and buy one, but perhaps that,s why their cost is lower?  I also would prefer the pick up be on the street, instead of my having to go out into the back alley behind the house which can be creepy for safety as because of my hours I have to put it out the night before but again I am willing to do it to save the money. Overall we are very happy with them and would recommend them to others.

They are consistent and don't mess up our trash cans. They pull the trash cans back to the side where they are supposed to be. They are reasonably priced.

Packman Disposal come to our home weekly for trash disposal and recycling services.  They make everything easy and take everything we put out.  I am happy with the price we pay monthly for service.

I have used this company for over two years and they are very reliable and I can set my clock by their punctuality. Also they have the best prices I could find. I have just recomended them to a new neighbor, who now uses them too.

For the most part, they have been good, however when there have been issues, they've not be the easiest to work with. We had an issue of a miss-applied payment that required several phone calls to resolve and we received no follow up from them. They simply started picking up again. Outside of that, they've never missed our house or caused any issues. They've often picked up several cans of garbage when I thought we'd reached some limit and they've picked up the occasional larger item, although we've never tested them for really big stuff. They're by far the cheapest option which keeps us with them even when we had issues.

WE HAVE HAD THEIR SERVICE FOR A YEAR AND HAVE BEEN VERY SATISFIED. IF THEY MISS US FOR SOME REASON THEY HAVE ALWAYS COME BACK THE SAME DAY. ALSO THEY ARE ONE OF THE CHEAPER SERVICES AROUND.

WE SWITCHED TO THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THEY PICK UP ON MONDAYS WHICH IS BETTER BECAUSE THEN YOU CAN THROW OUT YOUR YARD WASTE. THE ONLY THING THAT WOULD MAKE THEIR SERVICE BETTER IS IF THEY PICKED UP EARLIER IN THE AFTERNOON. OUR TRASH IS NOT USUALLY PICKED UP UNTIL 3PM.
