Victor, the owner of Newlook Concrete , is very “ hands on “ with his business. He spent a lot of time engineering the project , making sure this patio addition would support a 5000 lb. Hot Tub, aided in the design layout to create visual interest , and helped pick a concrete tint that would closely match exiting adjacent poured concrete. He even suggested laying PVC conduit into the mesh to allow me to get 220 V. Power out to the tub . I had not considered that idea, and it greatly enhanced the esthetics of that necessity. His crew was efficient the day of the pour and worked well with the concrete subcontractor . A pump truck was necessary as they had to use a 200’ hose to get the material from the truck to the site . They were extremely respectful of my property and even put up plastic barriers up against the stone facade which anchors the lower levels of my home ….. to prevent concrete splashing onto my home as they poured ! Victor is really a “ Concrete Artist “ ! 15 months later, the pad addition looks like the day it was done ,and there are no cracks. I would hire Victor again in a second should I ever need any flatwork or concrete work done . He cares about his customers……! Gregg
