Home Building
We signed a contract in June to have a home built in Colorado. We live in Florida and we found out that the Specs of the house that we contracted was not the same at all. They have a very big contact, part of the contract said that list of specs, once they approve they will do that work. They have unilaterally changed the house from the plans and specs without our knowledge or consent.
