The contractor they sent out installed it. This weekend though we had an issue with the toilet & had it rooter-ed out. The rooter company took the toilet off the base & found the flange was broken which is why it was leaking & wasn't flushing right.
We contact the contractor directly & they didn't want to fix it so we contacted Lowe's. They said they'd take care of it - no problem at all. We just needed to find someone to do it & they'd pay the person we hire directly.
