Lenny of Lennyâ s Appliance Repair reached out to me within minutes of me searching for a repair company to fix our washing machine. Lenny was extremely informed and pleasant to talk to on the phone. He was able to set an appointment for very early the next morning. He arrived â on the dotâ of when he said he would be here. He was very nice and also very â careful of spaceâ while he was here. He was able to not only figure out the problem, but also repair the problem to our washing machine within less than 30 minutes. I was very impressed with his work, his price, and upon leaving I asked him to give us one of his business cards because he repairs all indoor appliances not just washing and drying machines. Lenny was a pro and kind/courteous to boot. We thought my dryer may need a new motor (at a hefty price tag), but after some investigation, Lenny discovered it was a pully that needed to be replaced (much lower cost item). Lenny fixed my dishwasher. While I can't say it was done cheaply (parts are expensive) it was done right and saved me hundreds of dollars from buying a new one. Lenny was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and all around good honest man. I will definitely use him again when needed.

Lenny knew exactly what was wrong with my dishwasher after a brief description of the problem. He showed up on time and he got the job done fast (he had the part before he even showed up to my house! Exvellent service and extremely kind. I will recommend him to every one and use him for future problems!

At first Lenny was a bit busy to help us out, but that was just us being impatient! So we tried Action Appliance Repair (Bad Decision) we were being over charged ($428.00 Labor & over $500.00 for Parts)and diagnosis was wrong!!! I decided to read their reviews and a ton of red flags!! So I decided to call Lenny back. He arrived on time and had the correct diagnosis within 20min if not less!! It was not what Action Appliance diagnosed and parts & labor were almost 1/3 of what they said(355.47 Parts & Labor) WOW! I will definitely be going to Lenny for all my appliance repairs & HIGHLY RECOMENDED!!!! Thanks a lot Lenny you are awesome!!!

Excellent customer serivce, prompt to appointment and competitive price. I tired to get my dryer fixed with another company and they re-scheduled my appointment twice. He was able to come out the next business day. He went over everything as he went along on the project. I'm hiring him again to fix another appliance. I would hightly recommend!
