This is the company that Lowes sent to install our new carpet. They destroyed our moisture barrier pad, then gave us an attitude when we asked them to at least follow the installation instructions printed on the pad. They installed the padding on the stairs incorrectly, and gave us a b.s. excuse why they did it that way and refused to fix it. They allowed the roll of carpet and pad to get wet when it started raining. All in all, a horrible experience with this company. I do not recommend them.

Very satisfied with the laminate flooring install by Lowes using Kluge Brothers Flooring. The installers showed up on time. Got right to work and at 5:30pm said they only had about 10% left to do and rather than "tie me up" for another day they worked through to 7:00 pm and finished the job. Eventhough it was late they swept the floor clean and took all of the residue with them. I couldn't be more satisfied. The floor looks great. Thanks for a job well done!

We are selling our house, Kluge flooring was contracted by Lowes, they called me for the key box code & they wrote down FLF, knowing there could be confusion I specifically told them Sam/Larry/Sam NOT letters alone?.
SO I get to the house and the installers had removed a screen and crawled through a window to get in.
There does not seem to be good lines of communication.
I would not use them again.
