Well, sometimes he was a bit late coming for the appointment to do the work. However, they did a nice job installing and clean up after the drip system. When he came in October and I mentioned some areas weren't being watered well, he had some ideas on how to fix things come next spring. I like working with the owner of the company directly, he does a lot of his own work.
