Eastside was very responsive and quickly got me on their schedule. Crew was on time, curteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Louis and Nester were fantastic! Quickly diagnosed the issue and had everything running in no time. Would definitely hire them again.

EASTSIDE HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING didn't charge me anything, it was a new equipment replaced. It took them three times to get it right and then I had them changed the thermostat entirely, so we haven't had a problem since then. I would probably use them in the future. They could've gotten it right the first time to make the experience better for me.

I had used Eastside to service my old furnace from time to time and I always liked their responsiveness and pricing. I priced this model heater with other dealers and Eastside was the lowest. The two man crew did the install in one day, which included new PVC venting. They showed up on time, in fact a little early and caught me in the shower. They hauled away the old furnace and water heater and cleaned up nicely. They also showed me how the furnace operated and how to replace the filter. The only problem was I noticed some water pooling under the furnace a few days later. I called and Eastside sent a guy out at my convenience who reconnected a fitting which solved the problem. The heater is working fine and I am toasty.
