Crackerjack Mud Jacking

It was a good experience and we were happy with Crackerjack Mud Jacking services. They were really fast. They came out and probably had the whole job done in like 20 minutes. It was pretty amazing.

Estimator was courteous and prompt, with price very much in line with what I was told to expect from friends that know of their work and are also in the concrete industry.  When they could come out to the house on the scheduled day due to poor weather, they called and rearranged the date with plenty of time to spare.  Work itself took no more than 20 minutes.
Work seems to be done well and the estimator gave me good tips for final work after it was completed (insulation foam and caulk in the edge).   Would use them again (hopefully won't have to!!) and I understand that their reputation in the Front Range is quite good.

The job was completed quickly.  The sidewalk is level again, the holes were nicely plugged and they didn't step on my plants while doing the work.  Quick, short, simple job completed as expected.

Their crew was courteous and professional, performing the work very efficiently.  Cleanup after the leveling was completed was excellent. A well done job.

I am very impressed with the professionalism and work ethics of this company.  When I called for an estimate, they mentioned they may not be able to get my house that day, and Dan was there within 1 1/2 hours.  The estimate was very reasonable.  When the team arrived at my house, they introduced themselves and began working right away.  The two young men who completed the work were courteous, friendly and professional.  They cleaned up the work area better than it was when they started.  When the work was complete, it looked fabulous.  I am recommending the company to my co-workers, who are faciilities engineers and maintenance mechanics, and have indicated that they need to have this type of work done.   I am extremely pleased with the work that was done.

Estimate was professional and cordial.  Recommendations were made as to what they could do and what was not worth it.  Crew showed up on time, completed work in the estimated time, and cleaned up after themselves.  They were able to level areas I thought were hopeless. If you have concrete that has settled I heartily recommend you get an estimate from Crackerjack.  You will be surprised at the price and the quality of results!

I mention the level of detail above to show the skill and ability the company possesses given a complex task. Both the estimate and actual work were provided in a timely and professional manner, and while 600 dollars is nothing to sneeze at, the alternative is one of far higher cost and disruption.

I still do have very minor separation between the slab and the house where the steps come up to the front door, but its only 1/8 of an inch and probably no more separation than you'd experience from normal drying / settling. Given the mechanics of process and sheer mass of the object being moved, I don't think 'perfection' (i.e., that last 1/8 inch, moved laterally) is possible. 

 I found Crackerjack through Angie's List and called them. Jim came out within a day to give me an estimate. His team was scheduled to show up at 1pm and they were on time within the minute. They got right to work and in less than 90 minutes had done the work, cleaned up the area they had worked in, had me come out and they went over the work performed. I am happy to say they did exactly what they said they would, when they said they would and for the price of the estimate. I highly recommend them.

We received our bid promptly with a good descroption of the work that would be done.  On the day of the work, the team arrived promptly and got right to work.  I was ompressed at how quickly this team worked together to get the job done.  I have seen the results of other mudjacking jobs and seen big splotchy areas of cement left after the job was done.  NOT SO WITH CRACKERJACK!  What you can see is literaly only the circle of where the drillbit went in.  I was amazed at how tidy it looked when they were done.  We were extremely pleased.

Dan came over, assessed the situation and gave us a very competitive bid. We decided to have them perform the work, and scheduled it for 2 weeks later.  They showed up when they said they would, did a great job and even cleaned up after themselves.

It was nice they stopped by our house to provide an estimate, and we didn't have to be there. I told them we only needed the front porch filled in, but they also looked at our driveway and sidewalk and made recommendations. We decided to only do the porch at this time but it is nice to know how much the rest of the work will cost in the future. The team showed up within the 2-hour window and completed the work within 30/45 minutes. The head guy and I confirmed what I wanted done and they got to work quickly. When they were complete he answered my questions and they cleaned up everything. I would recommend this company and will call them with future projects.

After receiving an extremely favorable estimate to mudjack my rather badly heaved back concrete patio slab (three section slab), I contracted with Crackerjack to complete the work. Both the estimator, as well as the actual mudjacking crew, arrived precisely at the time promised. The mudjacking crew were extremely organized and completed the job quickly and efficiently. They showed great care when cleaning up and even made sure that the completed job site was left cleaner than when they arrived. My patio had heaved so badly that it partially pulled away the electrical conduiting from the breaker box and the mudjacking crew took the extra time to ensure that this was realigned and reconnected upon completion of their work. They were courteous and professional during the entire time and I would recommend them to friends and family with no hesitation.

The whole process went very smoothly from the prompt estimate to the actual work a week later. Hector, the mudjack installer, and his assistant arrived at the appointed time and got right to work. They completed the entire job in under two hours and the result was excellent. The sunken sidewalks and especially the garage floor which had subsided from 4 to 8 inches next to the house were put back where they belonged. What a relief!!

Very impressed with the professionalism and responsiveness of this company. Dan was at my home preparing an estimate, which took about 10 minutes, within a couple days of my e-mail request to Crackerjack. Due to the cold weather at the time, Dan indicated that it would be month or so before the ground thawed enough to allow the work to be done. With the nice weather in late Feb, I contacted Crackerjack to see if the work could be done earlier. Dan called me back within two hours of my call and sceduled the work for the following week. On the day of the appointment, Dan and his assistant arrived at the appointed time and completed their work inside of the time quoted. They did a great job, made cosmetic repairs to the affected slabs, and cleaned up the work area thoroughly. Dan even raised a section of the driveway not included on the original estimate because he didn't want to see my kids trip over it - service above and beyond expectations. Can't go wrong with Crackjack as far as I am concerned.

Scheduling the quote was fast and easy, with friendly telephone service, and I could schedule the quote within 2 days. He showed up on time, and took no more than 20 minutes to look at the area and arrive at a price. He answered all of my questions. The actual work was scheduled within 2 weeks, with a telephone call a day or two in advance to fine tune arrival time. The crew consisted of 3 guys with their truck, and they were even a little early. They introduced themselves and went to work. I was amazed how fast I saw results. Within 15 minutes my garage slab started rising. Hector cut the seams of the slabs in two places with a cement saw so they would slide back into place. As they moved on to the next part of the job, they cleaned by sweeping dried mud, and then power washing the surface. Finally, they filled up the holes with cement and did a final cleaning. As they finished up, the person who had given me the quote came by and checked up on the job, making sure I was happy with the work. I am very happy with the job, and I love looking at the elevated driveway, walkway and garage slab.

This company was GREAT! The owner came to do an estimate the same day I called him. He was very professional and personable. His crew arrived as scheduled and did a wonderful job. It rained last night and I am thrilled with the way the water now drains away from the foundation of the house. I highly recommend this company. Great work, at a great price.

After a small mixup on schedule to estimate, they came out, gave a estimate that we immediately agreed to and shortly came out and did the work with perfect results. Clean up was immaculate. The final bill was exactly as quoted. Two of our neighbors saw the work and immediately scheduled similar work with them. Cannot recommend higher.

They did a good job. As soon as we selected them, they came to do the work. I would recommend them to others to use.

They drilled holes in several of the slabs and inserted a concrete mud mixture underneath. The process left light circles in the stairs and slabs. The workers left mud/concrete splatters on my planter box which the salesman washed away with the hose.

They did a very good job to settle the grounds. They didn't actually pave anything but they kind of filled in any strange cracks. They were very friendly. They did a great professional job. I would definitely recommend them.
