It went fine, it was perfect and they were great.

Hector and his crew did a fantastic job. They worked like a well-oiled machine, quickly and efficiently. Fifteen minutes later, our garage floor was perfectly level just like we wanted. All three men worked very hard. But there was one young man, who made sure everything was ready for Hector. He worked extremely hard. Overall, we are thrilled with our experience with Crackerjack Mudjacking. We would definitely use their services again and recommend the to everyone. Thank you Mike and Jeanine

I was very satisfied with their work. For both the estimate and actual mud jacking the company arrived on time as scheduled. When the work was in progress they checked the floor with a level, so that water will drain out of the garage and not up against the walls. When finished they cleaned up the garage and driveway.

Amazing process. From the quote to completion all went well. Work performed in late summer '17. So far the garage floor, which had settled around all the edges, has been restored thanks to the mud jacking. Company offers a warranty. Good people to work for. Only advice would be to cover or remove all your items from the garage due to the cement dust.

They showed up on time and did an excellent job.  The estimator drew a picture on the bid of exactly where they were to drill and fill, they did just that.  I had a lot of rabbit damage under my front porch and that is all fixed now.  The estimator explained why they needed to drill the holes and exactly what they would do and how it would help my situation. They filled all the holes and sealed the cracks, then cleaned up after themselves.  Good job!

They were prompt and performed service to perfection. His guys really hustled. Leveled 9 pads and lifted front step. Cleaned area after lifting front steps look good as new

This company is awesome. The man who gave me an estimate was professional and friendly. He said he could do everything that I needed. I called other companies and Crackerjack was the only place that would do everything I needed. There were three workers that came out. They were nice and professional. The three men worked like a well oiled machine. I was highly impressed with the speed and accuracy of their work. Not only did Crackerjack do the job most others couldn't, but they did it faster and cheaper. I would highly recommend this company.

They were awesome!!!! I was highly impressed. Several other companies said they couldn't do part of the job because of the way it was cracked. Crackerjack said they could level all of it and they did. The crew worked like a well oiled machine. They were fast and new exactly what they were doing. The workers were friendly, considerate, knowledgeable, and hustled. I couldn't of been happier. Not only did they do what other companies couldn't, but they did it for less. Lucas and his team arrived right on time. They did a quick inspection and told me they thought they could finish in 1.5 hours instead of the estimated 2 hours. And they finished early as promised.The team was very professional. They did the job neatly and cleaned up nicely. They explained what we needed to do to allow the repairs to cure. They recommended that we regrade some of our landscaping to avoid future problems.They offer a 2 year guarantee. So if either surface sinks again they will come back to make it right.Overall this experience was so good that my wife and I wondered why we had waiting so long to get things raised back to the right level.I will recommend CrackerJack to one of my friends who needs to have his front walk raised to its original level.

Everyone was very professional; from the estimator to the technicians that did the job.  Very prompt.  Very good at explaining the process.  Technician was good at showing me that the different areas being mudjacked were not going to be exactly even due to different pour times of the original concrete before he proceeded. This process has eliminated the water I was getting in the garage. 

They came out and they were punctual and took care of everything. The price was excellent. It has settled, so I will be calling them back and we will find out how well their warranty works, because they are supposed to come back if it is settled and fix it again. It was amazing; the guys were doing the installation of the pavers at the same time. We were kind of amazed, watching them how quickly it went and how fast they were able to do it.

They did a fantastic job, gave me an estimate, told me when they would be here, came early, the guys that came introduced themselves and they were extremely professional.  They cleaned up after themselves, what they did worked and did everything they said they would do.

Repaired our front porch steps which had sunk into the ground and repaired sunken area of driveway along with a large crack halfway across driveway. They were very good, on time, came in at estimate price and the porch and driveway look good.

Dan and his crew just left and we could not be happier. The work was done promptly, professionally, and clean up was performed after completion. We were treated with respect, they made sure we were satisfied with the work before leaving, and they explained the process in detail as well as the warranty. We would definitely recommend and hire again.

The work was done as advertiesed. They tested their work by makeing sure that the water drained off in the correct direction. And they cleanef up their work area. I'm very satisfied with the service.
