+ -1 moreThe quality of the cleaning has varied depending on whether the owner of the cleaning service, Sarah, is there. Sarah has high standards and does a great job cleaning. When her employees are there without her, they usually show up 1/2 hour or more late or early and stay much less than the agreed-upon time. Most of the cleaning is still done well, but they have missed whole chunks of the house. Sarah has been very responsive about improving the service and training the employees. All in all, a good value when the cleaning is done well.
Description of Work: Biweekly cleaning of our 2000 sq. ft. house. Standard cleaning: dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning kitchens and bathrooms, etc. Extras like sweeping the garage, cleaning the fridge cost a bit extra.

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THREE PEOPLE COMPLETED THE ENTIRE JOB IN ABOUT 3 HOURS. THEY ARRIVED ON TIME AND LEFT ON SCHEDULE. THEY PROVIDED A RECEIPT BEFORE THEY LEFT SUMMARIZING WHAT WORK THEY COMPLETED. I HIRED THEM TO CLEAN MY HOME ON A BI-WEEKLY BASIS.
Description of Work: CLEANED MY HOME FROM TOP TO BOTTOM. VACUUMED UNDER AND BEHIND SOFAS, UNDER SOFA CUSHIONS, CLEANED ALL SURFACES, WINDOW SILLS, FLOOR BOARDS ETC. CLEANED OUT MY FRIDGE AND OVEN.
