 + -1 moreOur contractor was very tidy and respectful of our home. He immediately cleaned up drips. He cleaned up outside, while the other contractors washed their brushes in my kitchen sink.It was this kind of care that brought him back again. He took the time to teach me how to grout myself! I feel like having a party at my house because it looks so much better.
Description of Work: We repeatedly hired this company to get our home ready to sell. The quality of the job really stood out. He did some exterior painting, installed a back splash, reconfigured our kitchen cabinets, and tiled two bathroom floors. We have hired other contractors during this process but found B&K's quality to be superior. When he carefully painted behind the toilet before he replaced it, I knew I'd found someone who cared about doing the job right. I'm a thrifty person, but I will pay a little more for this service because I know it will last.
