They gave us a 2 hour window.  After the window expired, we called and were told "soon".  Then called again and told "soon".  End result, they showed up 2 hours after the two hour window without an apology or any phone call to say "running late".  Dispatch was very unorganized and didn't offer explanations for the delay. We had to call them several times as they didn't call us.  Within this move, they were supposed to move a console piano.  It was in the quote and confirmed several times prior to moving day.  The two men (1 man and a boy who looked like he was 16) showed up and knew nothing about the piano.  Didn't matter at that point as I would not have allowed them to try, nor did they want to try.  Rather than the movers calling to determine the course of action, the call was left on us to argue with the unorganized dispatcher.  Their final thought was to come back in 3 days separately to move it and charge an additional $95 truck fee, even though it was their mistake.  I have to work an couldn't rely on them to show up on time then either.  I had to make a quick decision and hire another moving company at a separate cost of $275 to move this.  All Pro's offer of compensation for their mistake?  $17.00.  I have used them in the past, but will never again.  Their trust is out the window and they were entirely unprofessional the whole way through.  enough is enough...hire them at your own risk.

We decided to move ourselves and called several companies.  Our budget was very limited.  They were the least expensive and I asked them why?  The owner, Ty, promised they were just as good as every other company out there, but wanted to remain competitive and they would do a great job.  So we booked them. The day of moving we called them 1/2 before arrivel becaue I had this bad feeling.  My intuition was confirmed. They said they didn't have us on the schedule.  Then they scrambled to send some guys.  The guys seemed good and worked efficiently.  After they left, a few days later, I noticed the glass was shattered on one side of my china cabinet and chards were still in there.  At the time I had an 11 month who was crusing furniture and could have been injured.  As well, they didn't even tell me.  They just left it for me find.  There were several other items which were bumped and bruised more than I would have liked.  I called the owner, Ty, and he saidto  send him an estimate and he would reimburse me for the panel of glass.  I got an estimate for $100.  I've called back atleast 5 times after I emailed the estimate and each time the receptionist is really nice and says they are going to send a check, but have never done anything.  I would never use them again and I warn anyone not to also.
