Not well, to say the least. They got topsoil in, but didn't seed it before the snow came. We were told to send them a reminder in the spring. I did so through the proper channels, then didn't hear anything from them. After I pestered the builder, I finally heard from Summit. They now say they DID put seed in, but that "the soil was compromised." I pointed out that seeding the yard in late June will condemn me to a dirt lot for the rest of this summer and probably next, but they refused to even consider using sod to correct the mistake. Instead, I was assured that a plan was in place and that they would redo the yard that week. I'm still waiting. It has been two months since I first sent the reminder about needing the yard addressed - nothing has happened yet.
I will never use or recommend Summit Landscaping.
