I was very happy with the work of Ifix foundation! They came exactly when they said they would, they finished on time and did a great job. The price per pier was why I used them. I had a quote from Olshan for $15000! When Jorge came out he drew the exact same picture with the same amount of piers for under $5000! Jorge and his family do great work. You dont need to hire a big company and pay their prices when they are just going to hire small companies like IFix and keep your hard earned money. I hope I never need to call them again but I definitely will if needed.

Well they came out to do the job and four months lather I was calling them back because the house had shifted already. When calling after some calls Jorge came to see what was going on and when he saw the house shifted he said he was not going to to fix it because we had a pool in the back yard and that was causing the house to shift. Well he know there was a pool in the back yard before he even started the job but the pool was already close since we bought the house it was close. I don't know why he made it a big deal about it . He had giving me warranty for life but he did not do the rework I had to pay someone else to redo it . I will never recommend this company to no one they do a very bad work

"We do not denied to do the warranty. You covered a pool at the back of your house improperly, you just filled it with soil and every time it rains your yard is a swamp. That house will continue to shift until the problem with the pool is solved. We only asked you to remove the pool correctly and then we would do the adjustments. The piers in the house will continue to shift within short period of time because the water that get stuck in the yard because the pool until the pool is removed correctly It's like having a massive water leak, that all we tried to explain but you refused to solve that problem that we discussed even before being hired. We explained several times to you that that pool needed to be removed or the house will continue to move"

Well they did come out and they did the job but after 4 months the house was shifted again. They gave me a warranty for life and when I called them back he came after several calls and to just tell me the he was not going to do rework because we had a pool in the back yard and that was causing the house to shift. I had to have someone else to do the work again and repay for something that he did not do right. I will never tell anyone to hire this company.

Great, very professional. I could have hired one of the companies on TV and spent 15K, /I Fix did the same diagnosis and completed the work for 1/3 of the price

It was great. They got her done. Nice and polite. I had to get on their schedule. At their price, I was willing to wait. My house looks so much better. I hear it singing, I feel pretty.

They where always punctual and finished 16 piers in one day, my house was really bad and now I'm so happy because I can walk and feel everything even, I highly recommend them
