As I read the last review it was like I was reading my very own experience. I ordered groceries as we rented a condo on copper mountain. We only had 5 nights to be with our family for the holiday (Christmas). We wanted to make the most of our time. The haveit2go man called to confirm the order, I was impressed, he said they would probably get there before us and would have everything put away before we arrive. "Wow I must be in heaven, I thought". I asked if I should notify the office and he assured me that they work with them all the time and that the office would give them the key. I added more groceries and was called again by the owner and he again stated that all would be there put away when we arrived, I then added a sandwich platter realizing we would be hungry after a day of air and car travel. When we arrived I asked the office if a grocery service had come. He said no. "Hmm ok, oh well that would have been nice" I thought. At 4 oclock I called to inquire the haveit2go man stated we have until 11pm according to our online contract. I said "oh ok You had said you would probably arrive before us and have everything put away so that is what I was thinking would happen". He again stated the 11pm time frame. I said do you have an idea of what time because we are hungry and dont know if we should wait for the platter or go out to eat. He said he could not give me a smaller window of time. We are talking 7 hours? He couldnt give me a clue? Copper is not that big ! We unpacked settled in and I called again at 6pm, "any idea if they are close?" I asked, "No idea" he said. Then I pushed and said we really would like to wait if they are close, he then said it should be closer to 6 than 11. Thank god we ordered pizza. They finally came at 11:04pm I was exhausted traveling with my husband and 5 kids, I went to bed and left the oldest 2 to wait with my phone. It was freezing, snowing and very late. The driver called and said he "broke"his foot and couldnt carry the groceries. The 2 oldest went out and proceeded to carry in $300.00 worth of groceries up the stairs. They are 22 and 24 so they were smart enough to see no cast, he then said he tore his ACL. They also noticed many items missing, When I woke up the next morning and they told me after waiting all night they had to go out and carry everything in and things are missing, I called right away while my husband went out to get milk and eggs!!!! Missing items!! I thought the owner would be shocked that the man made my kids carry in the items from the truck, instead he said "he tore his ACL and he is 57 years old" and "you dont have an elevator" WHAT???? none of the condos have elevators and he said he knew the place and could get a key so why did he think we had an elevator? I said well I want a credit for missing items and I want the tip back because I want to give it to my kids. He said no way to giving the tip back because the driver had gotten a ticket that evening so he would need the money. So the man delivering is too old and injured to deliver and got a ticket so he is keeping the already added tip on top of the delivery fee even though my kids had to carry everything in in the snow at 11pm after traveling all day and waiting all night. It is 9 days and I have not heard back about the credit I have emailed 2x I am attaching a list of missing groceries, DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE NOT WORTH THE AGGRAVATION 1 gallon milk Water bottles received 16 pd for 28 Arizona ice tea/lemonade 128 oz jug eggs received 1 dozen pd for 2 cheese - shredded mild chedder 2 cliff bars chocolate chip peanut crunch 6 pods cascade dishwasher soap 2 pods tide laundry soap moisturizer 365 maxim moisture - peach 8 oz pump The tip is 15% which in our case was 67.00 and he had my kids do his job! If you dont care what time they come or which items you get I guess it is ok but he will mislead you about arriving before you and you will have to carry in your own groceries- the ones you recieive

I placed my order online for $175.00 of groceries including 15% gratuity and on top of that a $25 delivery fee. I received a confirmation call within minutes of placing the order. Everything seemed great, the gentleman was very nice and even asked if he could deliver prior to our arrival. I said that would be great but wasn't sure if the resort would let him in. He said he knew them personally and it would be fine. We arrived at the condo at 5 pm and there were no groceries. I called as we didn't want to leave if they were coming by. He answered immediately said they were shopping for us and would be there in 45 minutes to an hour but also they had until 9pm based on what online agreement said. Should have been red flag#1 as definitely not what he told me during first phone call. He asked that we leave key to condo under mat so he could get in. This made us uncomfortable as we had a lot of expensive ski and electronic equipment with us. We decided to stay in and just relax our first night there. When he didn't arrive at 9 I called at 9:30 and left a message with no return call. About 10:10 there was a knock on the door and it was him with groceries. He said an employee of his had an accident and he apologized for not calling us. He had some but not all of the groceries. He promised to return in the AM with the remainder. Again he asked us to leave a key under the mat. Reluctantly we did but he never showed up and never called again. I have now left at minimum 4 different voice mails asking for a refund of $26 in groceries that he didn't deliver. No return call or refund. This was very disappointing and cost us additional time and money away from our vacation. All I asked for was a refund for what we didn't receive. I can not in good faith recommend this to anyone. I did see also on facebook that someone else had a similar experience. Beware!
