This guy is reasonable. He is super busy because he is so reasonable. The last time he came out, he didn't do a tree to my expectation, but he come back and fix it. I had a little trouble getting a hold of him this time around. I had called, left a message, and texted him. He said the office person would reach out to me, and several days later she did. I think he is just super busy. 

The one thing he did really well is that I was on a really tight deadline to get an estimate for a tree trimming, they said it would be until October, but he went out of his way to come by that Friday and give me an estimate, and did the trimming. 

What I didn't like and this is so minor, was that they were so busy. I contacted them early in the summer and they came out to give the estimate but they couldn't actually do the work for about two months because they were so busy. That wasn't very important for me. That would never stop me from having them again. What I did like is that the man who does it is very knowledgeable. He was very efficient and came out exactly the day he said he was going to at the time he said he was going to, got the job done. He arranged for someone to grind the stumps and they actually did it. He cleaned up. There was no mess left in the yard at all.

They were recommended by a friend.  They were great.  I think their price was great.  Dave walker is the owner of this company and he has people who work for him.  He knows his stuff.  I really like him, he is nice guy and he is low key.
