 + -1 moreThe company rep showed up on time and took the chair down a flight of stairs and outside, where they cleaned and shampooed the chair on-site, then carried it back up to the second floor. The chair was at least 10 years old and had never been cleaned before and it looked like new.
Description of Work: They cleaned and shampooed a large, cream-colored cloth desk chair, including arms.
