They are really good. I'd give them all "A's" down the line.

We could not be more dissatisfied! We engaged Toledo Glass to supply and install a new European style glass steam shower door with two side panels and associated hardware. They did so in the latter part of 2015. Unfortunately, the installation is extremely poor and the owner, Todd, has flat out refused to fix the problem. To make this even more painful, we paid $2,279.11 for the poor job and aggravation that we got. The problem is that there is a ¼” gap between the door and the side panel that abuts to where the door opens and closes. The gap is caused by a 3/8” bow in the glass door and a 1/8” bow in the adjacent side panel. This is an especially troubling situation because it is a steam shower which means the steam escapes through the ¼” gap! When I spoke to Todd about the problem: - Todd assured me that Toledo glass stands behind their work for at least one year and that we are well within the one year - Todd made clear that he does not believe that we in any way caused the gap - Todd Insisted that the installation they did is excellent and that they would be proud to do the same level of work for all of their customers and that there is nothing to fix Subsequent to my recent talk with Todd, I learned that the glass supplier that Toledo Glass uses has specifications for their glass that state that there may be a bow of up to ¼”in the glass they supply. Thus, Todd’s argument is that our shower is perfectly fine because the glass supplier he has chosen sells sheets of glass with bows in them of up to ¼”. Of course, there are a few problems with this reasoning. First, a ¼” gap is not okay with us. It is a steam shower! Second, Toledo glass never disclosed to us or anyone involved with the new shower work that their installation could have a ¼” gap in the door closure. If they had, we would have used a company other than Toledo glass for the work. Third, the fact that a supplier has a particular standard does not mean it is okay. What if the supplier had a ½” or ¾” tolerance instead of a ¼” tolerance? Would that mean that such a tolerance is automatically okay? Of course not. It would mean that Toledo Glass should use a different supplier, or at a minimum, tell their customers what to expect. Needless to say, we will never use Toledo Glass again.

The came out, measured the windows and came back 4 days later and replaced them. Quality was excellent, cleanup was good and price was better than other bids.

THEY WERE ADEQUATE. CAME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD AND REPLACED THE SCREENS WITH LITTLE PROBLEMS. NOT TERRIBLY PROFESSIONAL OR KNOWLEDGEABLE BUT DID SHOW UP AND COMPLETE THE JOB.
