Description of Work: I Googled "paper shredding", and The UPS Store came up indicating they perform this service. I called several in the City of Loveland and they declined to provide the service. Maybe in Boulder they do, but not in Loveland.

Description of Work: Received and signed for a certified letter 12-19-11. Never delivered the letter to our mailbox. Refused to pay for our loss. Not the first time packages have been lost at this store.
