Description of Work: Whole-home interior renovation of 1600sf downtown Boulder exclusive condo. Reconfigured rooms & closets upper floor, new bathroom, moved laundry, hardwood floors and tile throughout (including heated tile in basement). Architecturally unique distinctive period home. Tony came up with numerous creative design innovations and changes which saved me thousands and helped create a more functional and efficient home for the long-term. Extremely easy to work with, allowed me to be as involved as I wanted and graciously nudged me back from some choices I would have regretted. Budget- and quality-conscious and got the work done on or ahead of schedule. I have moved and renovated a number of times in my life, and working with Tony was by far my best experience.
