Description of Work: Manager responded to my request for processing some paperwork sooner then normal ...........client also responds quickly to any e-mail regarding property and manages clients well for me. She is responsive to house maintenance needs and informs me of any issues when necessary. She is conscientious and has a source for referrals to manage any problems that arise as well which is helpful.

 + -1 moreThe property has been well maintained. They pro-actively replaced a non-functional sump pump months before a historic flood, which caused damage to many neighboring properties, but mine was fine thanks to their foresight. The property is now cash flowing for the first time in the 10 years since I bought it, thanks to their ability to find good tenants at a higher rent than I would have asked. I am so relieved to have a trustworthy and capable property manager for my rental. It's a huge relief!
