Satinwood Construction Inc. is a Residential General Contracting company that has worked in and around Boulder for 35 years. We are one of the first CERTIFIED GREEN BUILDERS in the City of Boulder (01/07/01). We do all types and sizes of renovation, remodeling and additions as well as basement finishes, bathrooms, garages, decks and gazebos. We also specialize in building peoples' custom dream homes. The last 3 we have done have been built with the GREENBLOCK INSULATED CONCRETE FORMING SYSTEM. This building form gives you an effective R-30 to 50 building envelope with a quiet, warm and solid living environment (visit our website to learn more). We like to meet with you as early in your planning as possible, even before you select an Architect, as we can save you thousands of dollars in design fees buy putting you in contact with the AWARD WINNING design team we work with. Our handyman division can change out doors, haul debris and take care of your nuisance list. We have 2 full time employees and several part time specialist. For efficiency and cost effectiveness we use licensed and insured sub-contractors that we have been using for many years to help complete our projects in a timely fashion on schedule. We are licensed in the City of Boulder, County of Boulder and the City of Lakewood. Our initial contact about your project is FREE. We will include a free estimate for you as well. We can give simple estimates for work over the phone but prefer to give more accurate estimates by meeting with you to discuss and help design your project. Satinwood has been making friends from clients for over 35 years. We have no "Construction Horror Stories". We pride ourselves on giving our customers estimates that will complete their projects for the amount we tell them upfront. We don't make their lives miserable with "change orders" and "oh, you wanted that?".
