Architectural Service
SAM AUSTIN WAS A NIGHTMARE TO WORK WITH. HE DID NOT PERFORM THE TASKS IN A TIMELY FASHION AND ALWAYS HAD EXCUSES. HE KEPT SENDING BILLS TO US WITHOUT THE WORK BEING FINISHED FOR EACH PARTICULAR PHASE AS STATED IN THE CONTRACT. WE THOUGHT THAT AN ARCHITECT WOULD GIVE US IDEAS THAT AN AVERAGE PERSON WOULDN'T THINK OF. THIS WAS NOT THE CASE. WE ENDED UP FIRING HIM AND STARTING ALL OVER WITH ANOTHER BUILDER AND ARCHITECT FOR HALF THE MONEY AND FANTASTIC CREATIVE IDEAS. WE WASTED $4000.00 AND HAD NOTHING TO SHOW FOR IT.
