Sara did an amazing job. Her initial evaluation was packed with great ideas and useful advice. She helped make our home beautiful with the staging, and she worked extremely hard to make sure we were happy with every detail. It made a huge difference, and I highly recommend Sara to anyone looking to stage their home.

The house sold the first day it went on the market for FULL price.

Sara has been helping us along the way with the preparation to sell the home in which we have lived for 14 years.  First, she met with us to discuss a staging strategy for both the inside and the outside of the home. 
Then, during about the next 5 or 6 weeks we focused on getting ready to do the actual staging, which included moving a lot of our furnishings out of the house and generally de-cluttering.  Finally, Sara came and developed three alternative staging plans, from just re-arranging our own furniture to doing a full-fledged "show the buyer" type of proposal.  We chose the last option, and Sara took it from there.  She used our furnishing when possible but brought in a few of her own so that we could get the house just right.  On staging day, she was the last to leave, finally at about 10PM!  And, the house looks great.  It's a bit like a magazine.
After it was all said and done, we raised our initial listing price because it looked so good.  We've gotten extremely positive comments about the home, and received our first offer 2 weeks after listing the home.  A backup offer came in a day later. 
Bottom line is that like many folks, I was a little concerned because the staging process seems so open-ended--it's hard to know what you are going to get for your money.  But, in the final analysis, we are convinced that Sara got our house sold faster and at a higher price than would have been the case if we would not have but in the time, effort and money that we did.

I have used Sara to stage three of my listings.  She is amazing!   The first home staged was vacant, and the seller provided a few pieces for Sara to build around.  Sara analyzed the home, understood who our target buyer was and made recommendations from there.  She is extremely dedicated to keeping the project on budget and providing the biggest bang for the buck.  We had a buyer come in while Sara was putting the finishing touches on the home and wrote an offer!  The next home was occupied, but to attract the target buyer, Sara instructed the Seller what items needed to be packed away and re-staged the home.  Sara was very good at communicating the reasons for  a more conservative setting, without offending the Sellers.  The home had a contract within 3 days.  The last home was the biggest challenge due to the size. Sara knew it needed a "Pow". Her recommendation brought about a contract within 5 days. Needless to say,  Sara is who I will call for all of my staging needs!
