In addition to tuning up our baby grand, Richard took the time to explain other potential issues and to patiently answer my many questions. I'd definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable, knowledgable tuner.

Richard was very courteous and polite. He was prompt and did a terrific job on our piano. I would recommend him to tune anybody's piano and have him scheduled for ours in 6 months.
