Description of Work: Richard tuned our 30 year old spinet piano which had not been tuned in 25 years. I asked about double tuning the piano since it was at least a 1/1 step out of tune. He said that he would bring it up to tune and and would do an overall fine tuning but would recommend having it re-tuned in 6 months to a year. He was on time, performed an excellent job, was very courteous and professional in his efforts. He was recommended by a neighbor and I second that opinion. Thank your Richard.

 + -1 moreRichard was very courteous and polite. He was prompt and did a terrific job on our piano. I would recommend him to tune anybody's piano and have him scheduled for ours in 6 months.
Description of Work: Richard retuned our steinway grand piano, returning it to A 440. It had been moved and needed to be retuned.

 + -1 moreRICHARD ALWAYS SHOWS UP PROMPTLY FOR APPOINTMENTS AND DOES AN EXCELLENT JOB. HE CLEARS THE WORK AREA AND ALWAYS PUTS THINGS BACK WHERE THEY BELONG.
