Outstanding experience. My husband was out of town at the time, and with a full time job and two young kids, arranging meetings like this can be challenging. Josh was highly flexible on timing and worked around my schedule, which was enormously helpful. They cut into the walls to find the source of the problem, but they were conservative in this and did not do anything without my explicit approval. After it became clear that our home insurance would not cover our claim, and there was no immediate more dramatic flooding threat, Josh was very straight in telling me that it'd be more cost-effective for us to hire a general contractor for a bathroom renovation, rather than him becoming more deeply involved in an expensive cleanup effort. In the end, all of this cost <$500. There were several stages in the process where they could have taken advantage of the situation to make it a costly scenario for us, especially with my husband out of town who usually is the one to handle this sort of thing. They did not do this in any way. My experience was extremely positive in all regards. I highly recommend Red Truck, and I will most definitely use them in the future for situations of this kind.
