I had other contractors come in to take a look at this problem, and they were kind of at a loss of what and how to do it. SOme were even talking about a lot of money to replace the beam and/or finish it up.

This was, by far, the best contractor/builder with whom I have worked. The workers were efficient, very professional in demeanor and crafty, neat, and personable. Their work was excellent, both in appearance and in function. They completed the work in a timely manner and were an absolute joy to have around, rather than an intrusion. There was never a question regarding cost or billing.
