+ 0 moreI had other contractors come in to take a look at this problem, and they were kind of at a loss of what and how to do it. SOme were even talking about a lot of money to replace the beam and/or finish it up. Michael provided a very creative solution in a timely and cost efficient manner.

+ 0 moreThis was, by far, the best contractor/builder with whom I have worked. The workers were efficient, very professional in demeanor and crafty, neat, and personable. Their work was excellent, both in appearance and in function. They completed the work in a timely manner and were an absolute joy to have around, rather than an intrusion. There was never a question regarding cost or billing.
Description of Work: Replaced skylights with dormer type roof and structure. Complete re-finish of finished attic, including drywall, masonry, painting, etc. Other contracting work was underway at the same time, and there were problems with the other work. Piccadilly employees helped resolve and sometimes repair the problems caused by the others.
