Theater seats were months behind schedule. Installer broke a TV in the process of mounting it. Whole home audio was set up in the wrong rooms. However, Ethernet worked flawlessly, projector had no problems, and installer replaced TV and threw in lots of extras as part of multiple apologies.

The owner was very professional, knowledgeable and willing to please, but the whole company is relatively incompetent. Theater seat installation was stalled week after week until they arrived almost 2 months past the promised date and no-showed at several planned installation dates due to his own problems putting the wrong information on the warehouse inventories, requiring me to sign at the warehouse just so he could pick up and transport the seats. As a token of apology, he installed a home sound system and mounted a TV at no extra charge. However, his employee installed the system for the wrong room and seriously damaged our TV in the process, prompting yet another visit to replace the television with what ended up being a lesser model as ours was discontinued. It has been 9 months, and we are still waiting for promised accessories that come with our theater. On the pros side, he tried to bend over backwards to give free services and even a Sonos device for apology after apology, and our ethernet install was overall successful. I cannot in good conscience recommend this service to anyone with a large budget installation, but he himself may be helpful for smaller items - I just don't find his company to be competent in the services they advertise.
