I sold my primary residency through Ned's service and I had the home under contract in three weeks. Ned handled all of the paperwork and the closing for me. It could not have been easier, and I figured I saved about $12,000 over the services of a traditional realtor. The second time, I bought a rental property that Ned recommended and the transaction went quite smoothly. I saved about $4000 in that transaction over the services of a traditional realtor. Ned responds to phone calls and emails almost immediately. I would most definitely work with Ned again.
