The services provided were the definition of average. We had about 4 months of bi-weekly cleanings. Nearly every cleaning we found things that were missed or appeared to be rushed through. (Dust bunnies in corners, floors cleaned around rugs instead of moving them, wastebaskets not moved, missed spots on surfaces). We have a 2000 sq foot house and they were rarely here more than 1- 1.5 hours per cleaning. Despite complaints to management, things did not change and we ultimately cancelled our contact.

They did a great job.   They were very friendly and responsive.  I will definitely use them again.

It was not mind blowing, but it was fine. However, there were things that I would have liked to be cleaned out more given the cost of $300. There were a few spots that I was able to get off afterwards that they could've done with a little bit of extra effort.

They did a very detailed cleaning of every room in my apartment.

I use them for bi-weekly cleaning and they do a wonderful job. They may not be the cheapest but they consistently do a good job. The one rare time when my wife was not happy, they came back the next day and re-cleaned everything.  I would highly recommend them based on my experiences with them.

.They are always here when they are suppose to be. they do the jobs we least want to and do them very well. they are always very pleasant to deal with and they always ask if their is anything else they need to do before they leave.

I called a couple of companies for the job, but only they responded back.  Everybody knows about them.  I was very pleased with their pricing.  I was very pleased with their work.  If I had the time, I would look into a couple of more people; but I didn't have time to go in.  They do a good job.  I hired them for a full time job.  They come out every other week.

It's really good. There is a woman named Kim Green who is the customer relations specialist. I couldn't get off work until 6PM, and she was willing to wait to come out and talk to me about what I wanted done. She is exceptional and very friendly. I had lived in a different place, and she remembered me as a previous customer. I feel very comfortable around her. It feels like is brand new when she is finished.
