Professional and done well.

The guy finished the roof replacement in a week. I was very impressed by the work. But, later I found it didn’t get the permit to do the job. I talked to the contractor more than 10 times, he always says I will do it in a week. His week never comes. He talked a lot but does only 10% of the work. I recommend not to use his services if you want the job be finished properly.

Damaged my siding, made shoddy repairs. Skimped on materials, rigged flashing together. Reused old materials when new materials were called for in the agreement. Full of excuses and poor craftsmanship repairs. Won't follow through once paid.

Greg called me and set up time for estimate. He came to my house on time and I decided to go with his company. He was like a family member. I was in contact with him on Thursday and he finished the job on Saturday. I never thought that anyone can do the job so quick. I am so glad that I chose this company. They are punctual, dedicated, and professional.

Masters Touch Roof LLC did a great job on our garage roof. We called the owner, Greg Clough, and he came by the same day and gave us a reasonable quote with warranty. He then quickly offered to schedule the job if we decided to go ahead. Since the quote was reasonable, and Masters Touch got such great reviews on Angi's List, we decided to proceed with Masters Touch. Greg scheduled the job a week later. Professional roofers arrived in a timely fashion on the scheduled day and then did a wonderful job on the roof. They put on two coats of enviro-white elastomeric coating, which effectively reflects the sun rays. The garage is now a lot cooler during the hot days of summer. Greg and the roofing team were responsive to all our requests and questions. They were extremely easy to work with. We would definitely go back to Greg and Masters Touch for our roofing needs.

Greg and Brandon were amazing. They recognized the urgency of the situating given incoming sever weather coming the following day. They managed to complete all the work in a few hours. I high recommend Masters Touch Roof for all roofing issues!

5 years ago Greg did work on our wood shingle roof. His company was the only company that said that could fix the leak problem that we had. Greg is very knowledgeable about wood shingles. Every other company wanted to replace our roof. Fast forward to 2021. Critters had been chewing on our wood shingles relentlessly and it was just time to replace the roof. Greg gave us a good quote for replacement. We replaced the roof with a Class 4 asphalt shingle. A crew of 8-10 came and did the job in about 8.5 hours starting at 7:00 AM. At the end everything was cleaned up very well as if nothing had happened that day. I would definitely hire Greg and his company again. Except that the job was so well done, I don't think I'll need him again.

It was done very well, It was done very quick and we had good communication.

He fixed the leak of the skylight, he cleaned the gutter which is extra that he chose to do. He did the chimney since chimney is separating that will cause the water damage and he secured the chimney with no extra charged

I found Masters Touch Roof on Angies List. Based on all of the awards and reviews, there was no doubt I was calling them. Well... there is a reason they have so many awards and positive reviews, they are the best. The owner, Greg is a truly terrific person. He loves what he does and he loves to help people out. Its weird, but I felt honored that I got to meet and get to know him over a couple of days. He is a unique individual and went above and beyond for me. They are so incredibly knowledgeable and saved me money with top notch professional work Greg is not interested in upselling you or trying to get the most money he can from you. He wants to help you and it is really refreshing to work with a company like this. Thank you Greg.

All work was done in a very timely fashion. So far 100% satisfaction. Extra gutter cleaning, nail head sealing, general overall roof inspection, and metal chimney flashing protection was done even though not asked for. Top shelf roof repair. Would recommend to all of my friends and family and anyone else who asked. Very impressive work ethic and easy personality. Four out of four stars easily!

Masters Touch did a great job working on our 20 years old cedar shake roof. Greg came and I joined him for an extensive roof check, he determined that approx 320 shakes needed to be removed and replaced, and that additionally over 100 cedar shingles would be used to help reinforce the shake roof. Greg and his team came out for several days to get the job completed. They did a great job on the roof and also coated the flashing and sealed the cracks on both chimneys. Additionally they added about 50 feet of foam gutter guard to help prevent build up on the roof, they even did a little tree trimming to help to keep the roof clearer. Greg warranted the roof for 10 years for the service, and even left me some spare shakes/shingles in case some minor issues pop up in the future. Greg made sure that I was absolutely happy with the work and I will definitely call him again if future roof work is needed. If I am still in the house in 10 years, I will have Masters touch do another shake reinforcement. Very happy with the results.

Excellent great service

It was excellent, the owner is a great clough, they were very very professional, they were very knowledgeable in repairing roof, got attention to details and I was very happy and satisfied with the work. They work really well so we can provide information to the insurance company. They were timely, provided 15 years warranty on the roof.They went extra miles looking for the right tiles just to make sure the tiles will be uniformed.

The job was done quickly and all clean up was taken care of. He was so pleasant and professional. Job well done!

Greg came out promptly, got on the roof and gave me his opinion as to what was necessary. One day later he and his crew were on the roof making the repairs. The did what they said they would do, were very careful and cleaned up afterward and I am pleased with the result.

Greg came over, quoted me a fair price, so we got going immediately. he saw other problems, quoted a price, and repaired them, and he was so helpful and professional, I gave him a hearty tip. And a good review, here.

Our gutters were cleaned and the area was cleaned up as well. W150e were very pleased and felt we could trust the worker. He explained what he found and even took pictures. All went better than expected.
