 + -1 moreJim was very helpful, kind and patient trying to solve a mystery. I suppose most computer fixing is a mystery! I learned much from his technical assistance and he gave very generously of him time.
Description of Work: Jim Yensan came to our computer and worked long hours for little pay to straighten something mysterious out. He wiped the hard drive, reinstalled and gave good advice.
