Everything went well until while leaving the driver ran into a stone and painted wood pylon near the driveway, breaking it.  The driver apologized profusely and told me that someone from the office would contact me later.  They did, and they assured me that they would fix the problem as soon as possible.  They called a couple days later to ask me if I had any leftover paint they could use in the repair so everything would match.  I told them I did not.  Then I heard nothing from them for a month and a half.  I figured they decided the cost of the repair and the cost of the service were similar and were calling it even--which I considered reasonable. However, about that time I received and invoice in the mail and a note saying they took $25 off to compensate me.  They never asked me how much the repair cost was or even if I considered the solution a fair one.  Given that it took me over 4 hours for me to fix it myself, I think taking $25 off is ridiculous.

My positive experience with this company actually began last May.  I was moving back in to a house that I had been renting out for 18 years and had made a quick trip to the house after the renter moved out.  During that trip I reset the sprinklers to try and add more water to the lawn.  Within a day of my return to the east coast I received a call from my ex-renter telling me that the sprinklers were going off non-stop and had been for a couple of days (apparently a neighbor had called her to see if she could reach me).  She gave me the name of Landscape Services and I called them to come and investigate.  A friend let them in to the house and they quickly (1) reset the sprinklers properly and (2) checked the sprinkler controls and discovered a problem that had allowed the system to be "jammed" on. 

Over the next week LS came back a couple more times to correct other problems - all while I was not yet living in Colorado.  When I moved here I had them come out and go over the operation of the sprinklers with me.  In the late fall I had them come to blow the sprinklers and repair a problem in the water line.  At that time we discussed burying the control assemblies since they were exposed above ground and I had been aware of a number of issues with the cold and those pipes.  They came in December to perform this work.  What was initially planned to be a 1 to 1-1/2 day project ended up going into a third day as they discovered another pipe issue and a leak in the coupling.  They performed the repairs to every item and completed the burial of the system.  Throughout each interaction they were very careful in making sure they did not track any dirt, water, snow or mud in to my house.  Jeremiah was friendly, courteous, professional and took the time to answer all of my questions and explain everything that they were doing.  I am very impressed by their service attitude and how hard they worked to resolve all of the little issues that popped up as they worked.  I plan to have them come back in the spring and summer to do some yard and landscape work now.

We have used them for twelve years and they have always come on the days that they are scheduled to come. They will call me if it s a rainy day and they are unable to show up. We have had small issues with them but we call and complain and the owner makes sure that the problem is taken care of. They charge us a monthly fee.
