Karl gave us an estimate.  We selected him to do the painting.  He has been here for about 2 weeks.  He is incredibly clean, unobtrusive and does a fabulous job.  As he was going through the house you could see the difference in the quality of the paint jobs pre-Karl and his current work.  it looks perfect.   He has been extremely easy to work around.  There has been no problem to continue functioning within the house while he has been going room to room.
