As is typical for any remodel, once you dive into the guts behind the drywall there is the potential for many surprises or unanticipated situations. John walked us through these decision points and went way out of his way to help us determine cost effective cures and/or improvements that would work. The end result is a highly functional floor plan that rented very quickly to a great tenant, and the tenant is extremely happy with the building. It had been vacant for 3 yrs...
Description of Work: We acquired a commercial building which had the original 1957 construction with little or no updating and every surface needed to be removed, and all systems replaced including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, flooring, insulation, drywall, and windows. The building had been a tavern and we were converting it to a professional building. John handled the general contracting that needed to happen but also did some of the work himself due to skill sets and his desire to do things the right way. He is a perfectionist and with his high standards the remodel turned out beautifully!
