Jeff is a nice guy, but grossly underestimated the cost of a remodel from the start. Did not get things done in the time he estimated. Missed and was late for meetings. Was disorganized and forgetful of significant parts of our project. After the design and permit phase was completed at almost double the estimated cost and over 3 times the estimated time frame, we made the difficult decision to stop the project. There was no guarantee that the entire project cost would stay within budget or be completed on time.

Just finished a $40,000 condo renovation project with JDC Construction and I would be hard pressed to think of ANYTHING to complaint about. Customer service was incredible, quality of work was impeccable, results were awesome. I was out of state during the planning phrase, but Melissa was on top of every detail so that was not a problem. They worked with me on the general timing of the project, finished exactly when they said they would, and left the condo very clean. In fact, Jeff personally cleaned the inside and outside of the windows during the final inspection. Every worker from the owner down to the subcontractors were friendly and polite and did everything they agreed to do and more. I could not be more pleased. I would use them again in a heart beat.

Outstanding work completed sooner than expected. Excellent communications between contractor & client. Would use their services again.
