was told it would be one type of glass. then told it would have to be a lesser quality glass because of thickness issues, however the price difference was negligible.  special order on glass took longer than told. installation took longer than told.  windows needed replacement molding on inside which had to be special ordered. this turned into the supplier failing to send samples over a period of weeks, the wrong samples being sent, more samples having to be ordered etc.  the company failed to follow through on promised calls to update the status and we never heard from them for weeks.  none of the moldings sent were adequate, but the company went ahead and selected one without our approval.  when the molding did arrive the installer made several bad cuts which meant more molding had to be ordered.  fit and finish were not perfect.  a gap between the window and the frame had to be pointed out.  poor fit on at least one of the windows had to be pointed out. the fit on one of the new screens allows for a gap. during one installation, the installer was getting so many phone calls (with a really annoying ring tone) that they it took four hours to put in molding on three windows. IT TOOK SIX MONTHS TO COMPLETE THE PROJECT.
