John Martini and his partner, Jimmy Walker, laid out the wall plan, constructed the room which contained lights, outlets and a wheat board ceiling. The walls were textured and painted. The work took about two weeks and went smoothly from beginning to end. The final cost was within 10% of the original estimate.

Window Service
This was a difficult job because the metal windows were set in stucco. The windows had to be removed from the inside and oak framing on the inside had to be replaced or cut to fit from the old wood frames. John and his partner Jimmy Walker did a extremely neat job. Afterwards, the windows looked as if they had been installed per original construction. Their original bid price was met exactly.
