Floor Crafters installed a new wood floor into our new home. The product was defective and began to splinter right away. At first Floor Crafters was very responsive and assured me they would do everything to help get the issue resolved. After more and more boards splintered they have stopped helping me in regards to getting Denver Hardwoods to replace and essentially told me to contact them myself. So much for costumer service and standing behind their work. I continue to have splintering boards and have had to seek legal help to get the matter resolved. I will never use them again in the future nor will I ever recommend them!
