Excellent. I used an internet purchase, and did all aspects of the sale prior to delivery. I indecated that I did not want to spend alot of time at the dealership or with the finance department (I completed the application in advance). I was out in less than 75 minutes. I was very pleased.

When they set an appointment and I don't have wait, they always ready, they always wash my car, they always go over in advance with me what their gonna do and how much it's gonna cost and they'll give me a ride to down town boulder so that I don't have to sit in their show room and wait and they come pick me up when my car is done.

Had coupon to get oil replacement at discount that wasn't honored because also got tire rotation (don't get it.). More importantly, I had questions related to a problem with the car but there was no way to talk to an actual mechanic.  You get a go between clerk who in my case seemed overworked, knew nothing and was hassled by any question I asked.  So got absolutely no answer to my problem and no one to even look at it.  I only used them because car is still under warranty but would avoid them in the future for anything other than routine maintanence (or if I got something diagnosed elsewhere under warranty, to replace part).  Also, though I had waited a really long time to get my car back for routine maintanence and then saw my car was out in the lot ready to pick up, after waiting another 15 minutes and still not called out of waiting room to get my car, I went back to clerk.  My keys and paperwork were sitting on the desk but she was on the phone.  When I finally got to ask for my paperwork so I could leave she seemed really annoyed I hadn't waited tone called. Will need to take my car to a private mechanic who I trust can diagnose the problems I'm having.  FYI, I previously had an issue that they were going to ask me to wait and hour and pay $40 to look at that another mechanic looked at in 5 minutes,told me how to fix it and didn't even charge me.

Fred is very low-key and easy to talk to; I enjoyed working with him. I special-ordered the car and he kept me up-to-date on its progress and was punctual meeting us in person. When the car was delivered he took a lot of time to walk us through the features before we drove off.

My time at the dealership was reasonably speedy (about 2 hours when the car was delivered). I got a good price on the new car and for my trade-in, but I paid cash for the difference, so I skipped the financing step. I dealt with the finance manager, Layne Wolfe, for the final paperwork; he was also easy to work with.

Fantastic service! When I decided on what care I wanted to buy, I sent out price requests via the internet. Michelle Burgess was very responsive. She came back with the best price. I drove to Boulder to test drive the car in one color but bought a different color because they had just gotten it in an automatic. Michelle was great to work with. I would definitely go back!

After taking the problem to Flatirons several times (and they fixed the problem for the moment)I realized that the problem soon returned.  I finally sold the car which was in perfect condition because these two lights came on so often and Flatirons could never fix the problem.

I was searching for an Acura SUV for over a year. I finally found the potential vehicle here. 

I was looking for a specific suv and Ted Osborn, the salesman, I had one contact with him, he called me right away when it came in. He was the best I had to deal with out of the 25 other salesman. I did not get the typical car salesman vibe from him; there wasnt that feeling of pressure to purchase without going through all the details. . He was professional and fair. Had a pleasant purchasing experience. 

With the sale came with a few repairs; in which they did a great job with that as well.

I was in need of a brake job with a lot of noise from the brakes and found local shops who did only that would not be able to do the work for the better part of a week. So I called flatirons subaru and set up an appointment for Monday on the Friday before.
