They showed up right on time, very kind guys that did a thorough job and worked hard to complete it as fast as possible. I had additional concerns after my service (not related to their service) and a representative came out on short notice to help me out and this helped reveal other problems with the house I otherwise would not have known. Genuine guys that truly care and I would definitely recommend them and use them again.  

They were very good.  They did a very fair job in cleaning the air duct.  They are very responsive.  If I have any questions, they get back to me right away. 

I found this company on Angie's List and they were highly recommended.   My expectations were high and they did not disappoint.   They confirmed appt yesterday, tech showed up right on time this morning and got done with the duct cleaning efficiently and was very professional.   It is a very cold day and he handled the work well with this challenge.   And when I asked when I will need the ducts cleaned again, he did not try to tell me a year from now.   He presented a series of conditions and indicated that if we keep the floors clean, we won't need duct cleaning again for 5+ years.  Overall very happy with this company.

I called Saul last week and he was able to come out the very same day to give me an estimate to clean our air ducts and dryer vent.  He was very sensitive to our "no shoes in the house" policy.  He did a thorough job explaining everything that would be done during the service.  He emailed me an estimate shortly after he left my house.  We were able to schedule the work within the week.  
 He and his assistant arrived exactly on time to perform the work.  Of course, it was snowing when they arrived.  They did an excellent job of reducing the amount of heat we lost in the process.  Again, they were super sensitive to protecting our floors, walls, corners, etc.  I actually think our house was cleaner after they left than we they arrived.  Based on photos, they did a great job of cleaning the ducts.  We have had mice this year and it was great to know that everything was cleaned out!  They did an excellent job of replacing everything as they found it and vacuumed up and debris that landed anywhere.
Our house is roughly 5400 sq feet on three levels with 2 furnaces.  They cleaned all the ducts and both furnaces.  I had asked them to clean the dryer vent, but Saul looked at the set up and explained that we didn't need to do this.  He also found some vents that were just venting routes to circulate air between rooms (not connected to the heating/cooling system).  He adjusted his quote (reduced) to reflect these discoveries.  
I would highly recommend Saul and his team.  My second bid for this job just gave me a price per vent over the phone and never explained any of the details.  I would recommend Saul 100%.

They came in cleaned everything in a timely and efficient manner. They were very friendly and explained everything in detail that they were going to do.

Very well.  Was done in about 30 minutes.  Punctual and very courteous.

He was on time and professional. He took his time cleaning each vent, ensuring there was no residue or dust left over and did a great job of vacuuming after himself. There was a bit of a challenge for him to clean my high rise ceilings but he had a ladder that worked and took the tubing through my guest bedroom window to make it work.
I would recommend him again, but I probably won't have to clean my air ducts for another decade, as long as I dust regularly.

Very well.  This team of two guys was prompt, professional, and motivated to provide good service. 

The service was okay overall; they did what they were supposed to do, but the advertised special was to clean the dryer vents and inspect the air ducts. They cleaned the dryer duct really well, but then they were ready to take off, so I asked them about the inspection, which they ended up doing. I just felt like if that’s what’s advertising, they should’ve done that initially.

The service was good overall. The technician was very helpful and even showed me how to clean part of the dryer out myself to save on service calls. He was also friendly!

We purchased the dryer vent cleaning "Big Deal" from Angie's list and I called Saul the same day.  He was very flexible about when he could come out to do the work.  We agreed upon an appointment, and he was very conscientious about calling when he needed to make a slight change in the appointment time.  He ended up coming out early (after calling to make sure it was OK), and he arrived exactly when he said he would.  He and his partner were very professional and performed the work quickly and thoroughly.  He even agreed to let my 7-year old watch the process (from a safe distance).  He also provided us an estimate for whole house duct cleaning, which we are considering.  We will definitely use this company again for any future duct cleaning. 

Excellent service! I called Saul on Monday and he was able to work me in on Thursday! He showed up right on time. Did a quick walk-thru of the house to count the vents (standard cost for 10 vents), I had 12. He gave me a quick but explicit description of what was going to be done and immediately got to work. I was able to keep working in my home office while he was here. He was efficient and made sure each area was put back exactly the way he found it and even vacuumed the area around the vent. I have a crawl space that is about 4 ft. high, which gave him no trouble - even though the power to the only light source down there was out! He even helped me try to find the reason power was out... First time I've had this service in my home and found it to be necessary. Much less dust in the air and fewer house-dusting days needed. I highly recommend Saul and his company.
