Kristin and Justin did a great job. They are meticulous and attentive to details. Even though we selected the tiles and designed the layout, their sense of style dovetailed ours and they were very helpful in making some design decisions. They arrived when they said they would, and left the workplace neat every night. They are probably not the cheapest company around, but the final results are fabulous.

Kristen was able to remove the existing tile backsplash while preserving the underlying drywall; a very challenging result which saved us precious time and money. She took our backsplash design and brought it to life on three of our kitchen walls. Kristen is a true artist with tile and a wonderful person to work with. We are very happy with our new backsplash and are quite certain we found the best possible artisan in Kristen to make that happen. We highly recommend her.

We wanted it done quickly and they had an unexpected opening in their schedule the next week; we agreed to everything over the phone and Kristen and her co-worker showed up as scheduled. She went over details of the job and options for us to consider (grout color, spacing, where to end the backsplash, etc.) and then went right to work. They were obviously good at what they do and paid attention to details - a lot of it things I'd never have thought of.We're very pleased with the results, the price and that in our instance they were able to fit us into their schedule on short notice where ordinarily it would have been almost 2 months before they could have done our job.Over the years we've had occasion to hire tile installers 3-4 times and Kristen is the best that we've encountered.

Kristen was a joy to work with. She took our design and implemented it perfectly. Her work is impeccable. The standard comment when someone sees our master bath for the first time is Wow. consistently the first thing out of everyone's mouth. I recommend her without hesitation.

She got the quote, came in day one and did the subfloor prep, day two she put in tile, day three she grouted and came back in a week to seal the grout.  Great job

Kristen made it super easy, did exactly what was needed in a very timely way and at a very fair price.

Kristen shows up for the initial diagnosis on time as scheduled. We described the job and she quickly gave us two or three options. Because of her association with Capco in Boulder we were able to get a 20% discount on the tile we chose. Kristen did the demolition pf the old floor in one visit. She installed the new subfloor and finished the tile installation quickly thereafter. It is perfect. She wont be the cheapest tile setter out there, but she is very reasonable. Overall, I give her an A+!

They were great.  I may have spent about $2500 on that service.  My interaction with them was excellent and I would use them again anytime I needed them for some tile work.  I would tell others that they are very conscientious and they do really good work.  They are also very good about being on time.

He was very professional. He worked quickly. The end result was beautiful. I would recommend them for sure.

Super impressed with Kirsten; she knows how to fix floors and set tile, my kitchen looks classy enough for a magazine spread. She was considerate of my animals in keeping them from getting outside. She did a fabulous job. I will use her again.

I was very pleased with Kristen's work. She did a professional job and it was obvious she was good at her trade. The cost was a tad more than I expected to pay but if you want quality work done, then you should be prepared to pay for it. I had no problem with her price based on her work. I was glad I had the option to have someone else do the demo work etc. because it saved me money. I'm a senior citizen on a fixed income so any time I can save money, it's a plus. If saving money is a priority, then consider doing the demo work yourself or hiring someone to do it.

The owner was very responsive to us. When we called initially she was out of town but returned the call within the day. When she returned, she called to set up an estimate appointment. At the time, we set a tentative date for the work to be done (tiling a floor in a small guest bath). The work was excellent &completed on time.

When I first called Kristen, she was in the middle of a huge project that would take her several weeks to complete. When I told her that we had a deadline (i.e., a guest coming to visit) in three weeks, she estimated that she could get to our project in 2.5 weeks. She said she would make sure that our job was completed before our deadline. In fact, she called us up after 1.5 weeks and said she had an unexpected opening in her schedule, and she was able to start sooner than expected. She arrived on time on the morning we agreed on, and completed a majority of the work before 4pm. She completed the demolition of our old linoleum in only 1 hour! She returned the next day to install the trim, and finished in a couple of hours. The results are beautiful, Kristen is truly a talented artisan. She works very quickly and efficiently, and was even kind enough to let my 4-year-old "help" pound a nail in the subfloor. Her rates are very reasonable, and her skill level is extremely high (she made very precise cuts in the tiles with her saw--even a perfect circle around the toilet drain!) . I would definitely use her services again (in fact, I will be calling her for our other bathroom soon). I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

I called Karen and actually got an answer (the only time that happened during about 20 calls to multiple tile installers). She was able to come and give an estimate in 2 days and able to start the job the day after that. All in all, extremely fast. The only minor complaint is that her analysis of the bathroom project as a whole seemed slightly more cursory than another tile installer I had come look at the project. Specifically, the subfloor was pretty thin and another installer recommended several ways to get around that problem. Karen had less suggestions to offer, but the added 1/2" plywood seems like it should do the trick. Also she charged about 1/2 the price the other installer quoted. The final tile job looks excellent, and assuming everything holds up, it was a fantastic and well priced job.

This was the first time we had used their services. It went excellent. They were in and out in three days. They provide excellent quality work. They over-quoted me and gave me a refund.
