I actually was not happy with the service. I don't think they did a lot of what they were supposed to do. The reason why I said that is because the service was supposed to take two and a half hours and it took 45 minutes. I think they only did the oil change. On one hand I was happy that they finished early, on the other hand they couldn't have done the whole service. The service advisors were very responsive.

We generally quote 2.5 hours to perform that service so that we can work around a busy schedule and workload in general. However, workloads change, customers are sometimes not able to show up for their appointments, or parts need to be ordered for a current job, thus freeing technicians up so that they can start a job earlier. I see from history data on your repair order that 1 hour and 7 minutes elapsed from the time the ticket was written up to when it was closed. I'm going to venture that one or more of the previous items took place, which freed up the next available technician to get to your ticket/service sooner. I am confident that the technician was able to complete the service package properly as this is a common maintenance performed by them and that they were able to get it done more quickly than planned/scheduled. I heard about the ball joints probably 18 months ago; they watched the situation and now it was time to repair them. I used a coupon for 20% which they had sent by email.
Their top service guy, Brownlow, is really exceptional, but every person there is great: friendly and informative. They gave me a ride to and fro all the way back to Longmont.
I've gone here for every service visit since I've lived in Colorado (3 years) and will continue to come back.

thoroughly explained what needed to be done once they had a chance to look at everything. They also gave options, when and if possible. The Service Advisor, Harry, gave a great explanation of the problem, one that someone who was not car savvy could understand. They even had our car fixed earlier than we expected.
