I brought my 2012 Honda Civic in this morning (10/14/2021) for a B125 service. I have called and written all day about its progress, and had never received any response. Now, I am being told the car has been lost. The Dealership is claiming the car may have never been brought in. I was given a slip of paper to indicate everything was good to go... ***?!?!? Please excuse the language. I had made an appointment, but had noticed that many others had brought-in their cars at the same time. Respectfully, Jim Ward

They also rotated the tires one time. I had a coupon, so it wasn't much. About an hour to complete. The workers were great. They knew their business. I just take it for the ordinary service call that I have. Everything was always done so well. I didn't have to wait so long. You do not have to have an appointment for an ordinary oil change, if you go from Monday through Friday.

I actually was not happy with the service. I don't think they did a lot of what they were supposed to do. The reason why I said that is because the service was supposed to take two and a half hours and it took 45 minutes. I think they only did the oil change. On one hand I was happy that they finished early, on the other hand they couldn't have done the whole service. The service advisors were very responsive.

"Hello [Member Name Removed], Thank you for your feedback and thoughts. Looking at your history, I see your visit for the 80,000-mile service was on 3/16/2016, 10 or so months ago. We generally quote 2.5 hours to perform that service so that we can work around a busy schedule and workload in general. However, workloads change, customers are sometimes not able to show up for their appointments, or parts need to be ordered for a current job, thus freeing technicians up so that they can start a job earlier. I see from history data on your repair order that 1 hour and 7 minutes elapsed from the time the ticket was written up to when it was closed. I'm going to venture that one or more of the previous items took place, which freed up the next available technician to get to your ticket/service sooner. I am confident that the technician was able to complete the service package properly as this is a common maintenance performed by them and that they were able to get it done more quickly than planned/scheduled. It went great!  I love that they give you a good overview of everything on the car; so you know what's fine, what's starting to wear out, and what's likely to need repair in the next year.  
I heard about the ball joints probably 18 months ago; they watched the situation and now it was time to repair them.   I used a coupon for 20% which they had sent by email.
Their top service guy, Brownlow, is really exceptional, but every person there is great: friendly and informative.  They gave me a ride to and fro all the way back to Longmont.

The Fisher service team is top-notch.  Every visit is quick and painless -- they know exactly what needs to be done, how long it's going to take, and I can get work done at one of the desks while I wait.  I even brought my car here last summer for a quick check-up before taking a 3,000-mile cross country trip, and they checked everything out free of charge!
I've gone here for every service visit since I've lived in Colorado (3 years) and will continue to come back.

Went well, Harry, my service advisor made it an easy process, he tried to beat the price as much as possible provided me an additional car wash and made the install quick.  I had the car within 4 hours and I was squeezed in during a tough schedule.  I feel like I was well taken care of and they treat me like a friend/family.  I trust them to be honest with you.  I have been going there for a year and I don't think I'd take my Hondas anywhere else.  Glad I bought my new Honda from them as well.

I was handled with respect and care, I was given a price that was better than what I had asked for and was treated very well. The only issue I had was they didn't prep the car for me even though they knew I was coming in 48 hours before I did.  This is not that big of a deal.  Also, the transaction took a little longer than I had hoped it would.  Overall, I love my new car, I trust their service, they installed my roof rack while I waited and that was wonderful and they made me leave confident that I made the right decision on who I was purchasing from.  Did I mention they beat my price by 500 bucks?  I can't say enough good things about the sales guy, Jamie Bledsoe who actually sells Kia's but was willing to service me when the Honda sales guy was out.  He was attentive and I love the fact that they are non-commissioned.

Great service.  Had to get our car towed to Fisher, they called immediately to let us know when the car had arrived.  They
thoroughly explained what needed to be done once they had a chance to look at everything.  They also gave options, when and if possible.  The Service Advisor, Harry, gave a great explanation of the problem, one that someone who was not car savvy could understand.  They even had our car fixed earlier than we expected.

Their service department is excellent – none better as far as I’m concerned. Every time I bring the car in for anything they always go through a check list to make sure my car keeps running. We initially took our Honda Odyssey in to Fisher Honda for a routine oil change several weeks prior to deciding to undergo the recommended major service work required (timing belt, water pump, etc), at which time they did a complimentary inspection of our van and notified us of the broken motor mounts and timing belt service which was nearly due. After going to several other auto repair shops and another Honda dealer and receiving conflicting and much higher cost estimates, we were very impressed with the honesty and professionalism of Fisher Honda. When I asked to speak with the mechanic and visually inspect the broken engine mounts, our service rep Harry escorted me to the service bay where our vehicle was located, and the mechanic pointed out and explained all the service issues, and sure enough all 5 mounts were broken and worn. We had the major repair work done several weeks later which was a two-day job, and they provided us a courtesy shuttle ride to and from the dealership since we live outside of Boulder. They have a very nice comfortable waiting area, their staff is very friendly and courteous, and their service bay area is neat, clean and organized which is reflected in the quality of their workmanship. We were very pleased with the service and repairs we received for our Honda van, and we will definitely rely on their services for all our future auto repair needs for our vehicle. It is a welcoming relief to find such a reputable and reliable auto service/repair facility after going through bad experiences and inflated repair costs in the past with other Honda dealership and other independent auto repair shops. Fisher has renewed our trust in a dealership for our auto service needs which we never anticipated, considering our prior encounters with other dealerships. We highly recommend Fisher Honda of Boulder if you own a Honda vehicle, you owe it to yourself to try them out and compare prices and quality of service with the auto repair shop you currently use. You'll be pleasantly surprised as we were!

I have been taking my Accord to Fisher Honda for all of its maintenance needs for more than 11 years. It is running in tiptop shape thanks to them. Browne has been my service representative along with Tom. The Service Dept has been very stable retaining great talent. On this particular repair visit, I had received a quote from Browne for replacing two broken motor mounts which i thought was a bit high priced. I said I'd wait and went home and checked around other quality service repair businesses and received a quote about $80 cheaper. I called Browne back and asked if they would match the price I had received at another shop and he immediately said Yes. I told him he had the repair. Browne got me in the shop within a couple of days and the work was completed as quoted. Thanks Browne, Tom and Fisher Honda for taking care of me and my Accord for all these years. When it comes time to replace my vehicle, I'll certainly be going to Fisher Honda where I purchased this vehicle.

They are very good. We keep taking the vehicle there because they can fix it. We had a mechanic that we had been using for a long time, and we had a referring problem that wasn't getting resolved month after month. They aren't inexpensive, but no auto service companies are.
