Finishing Touch Spa

I stopped coming to Finishing Touch several years ago, but someone gave me a gift certificate so I thought I would give it another try. My first two visits were pleasant. Mary did a very nice job, so I decided to keep coming. I made an appointment with another girl, since it was a day of appointment, and was disappointed. The whole process took over 1.5 hours, which is too long for a manicure. She butchered my cuticles to the point where two of them were still bleeding when I left. and the polish is gloopy and not even. After an 1.5, you think it would have been a more professional looking job. I will not be coming back here.

This was my third visit to Finishing Touch Spa for a massage.  I have been really lucky to have the same wonderful therapist on each occasion.  The check-in process is always very efficient (sometimes I have to wait a bit to pay, but that's okay), I get to spend a few minutes in their relaxation room drinking tea, and then have a wonderful massage with a therapist who doesn't feel the need to talk constantly.
They have great pricing too, without the need to sign up to anything.

The final product is worth the cost and the wait.  They typically run a special on shilac manicures. Just ask what it is at the front desk.

The atmosphere is excellent and their staff is extremely professional. They are very reasonable and Chelsi has been cutting my hair every four weeks for two and a half years and she is just excellent.

They were prompt for beginning my appointment. They provide spa flip flops to wear while waiting for the toe polish to dry. The pedicure was relaxing and well done, as was the manicure.  The area was clean and pleasant to be in.
