+ -1 moreJay has completed a number of tile and general home remodeling projects for us. The flooring pictures demonstrate the exacting work Jay brings to all his work. This job required a good deal of design creativity in order to achieve all the right-on angles and shapes. Jay communicated very well throughout the process, allowing us to brainstorm on what would work best, sometimes even redoing a number of tile cuts. The pictures show just how much cutting was required for this job. And all lines and angles are right on! Jay is honest, good to work with, and takes pride in his work.
Description of Work: Complete tile installation in bathroom, with a highly intricate design. The bathroom, which is sizable (just under 100 sq. ft., in a "L" shape), required an extensive amount of cutting in order to achieve our desired design. For example, note the entire room is framed by a specially cut edge. In fact, nearly half of the 12X12 ceramic tiles required some level of cutting to fit the design. Work encompassed all the work of floor tiling, from careful prep, through cutting and tiling, and final seal.
