The scheduling of the appointment had no issue and the estimator arrived on time. I had to call the company back to ask for the estimate as it was never sent to me in more than a week and a half. When I called on a Sunday to leave a message, the owner of the company did answer and did connect me with the estimator. I hadn't expected to connect on a Sunday, so that was great customer service. I got the quote, but it seemed pretty minor for major mold remediation and I got no explanation on my concerns. I asked for a vapor barrier to be added to the quote, and several days later, still haven't received a response. So the poor responsiveness, coupled with the seemingly inadequate quote for remediation, leaves me very hesitant to contract the company.
