Mr. Thomas did get back to us promptly with a visit to estimate the cost for removal and answered our questions well. The actual job was done within a day, but the workers didn't cut the pieces of tree as small as they'd promised, which made it tough for us to deal with. A portion of the tree grazed the fence as it fell and the crew made a half hearted attempt to patch the hole in the fence.
