Norris Concrete

Darrel's team showed up on time and did the work as promised. No surprises. They were very professional and courteous. I would hire them again.

The work was performed in late April 2011.  One week after pouring we notified Mr. Norris that hairline cracks were visible on all concrete areas and that the concrete color had a mottled appearance ( black streaks were visible almost like there was a contaminant in the mixture).  He came out and said it was curing and to wait a few weeks and he would check it again.  A few weeks later we noticed cracks in the newly poured overlay on the porch.  There is a 3 year warranty under the contract but to this day this man has stalled on making an effort to correct the problems. He said he had no idea what was causing the problem.  A city inspector was out at our home to inspect a furnace installation.  He saw the walkway and driveway and informed me that the problem is called "Crazing" which is caused by an overly wet mix. I checked it out on the internet and found pictures which reflected the exact problem.   contacted Mr. Norris again, informed him about the information I received from the City Inspector and he admitted that "Crazing" was the problem.  As of this writing, I am still attempting to get this man to come out and resolve the problems. I hope this review alerts others in my area.  We spent a lot of money and received exceptionally poor service.

We would recommend Darrel Norris to our Mothers!  He was so professional and prompt and the results are astounding!

cost is a bit higher than other companies but I believe you get what you pay for and after speaking to the owner he was very Knowledgeable and knows his product.  He goes for quality and will not compromise quality to just get the job.

They are very experienced and definitely know what they're doing. They do good quality work; I don't think there would be anyone better.
