Instead of insisting on replacing everything (like the others we interviewed) he gave us the much better option of repairing the deck. Saved us literally $20K! He was wonderful in every way.

Dave was professional, easygoing, and yet always worked hard to produce the best end product possible. We came to him with a very unusual set of requests, and he helped establish an estimate, a work order, and found several of our other sub-contractors for us. He was and invaluable source of advice and seemed to be excited and activated by the unique challenges of the project. We can't recommend him highly enough.

I recommend them. They're pretty good. I am actually going to get them again to do our kitchen cabinets and stuff. We actually had to get quotes from other people and we picked them because their price was good. Their quality was good too. There was a couple of times that they were late but it was not a big deal.

Project went very well and was completed on a timely basis. Workers were conscientious, friendly, and excellent craftsmen. I was acting as owner/builder, so quality sub-contractors were very important. Pricing was very reasonable. I would recomend this company to anyone.

The job couldn't have been performed better. The estimate was competitive. The work was completed on time (scheduled for three days). The workmen were highly skilled, professional and friendly. I would hire Dave Frank and his team again without hesitation and recommend them to anyone looking for first rate workmanship.

All of the employees are very competent and very friendly. Work was done on schedule. Minor correction required by building inspector was taken care of immediately with no additional charge. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
